Hi, I'm Cassandra, Virtual Assistant , and I began my career in Real Estate as a Property Manager in January 2004 in an inner suburban real estate agency and have since gained extensive knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act. I have successfully run large property portfolios in some of Melbourne's most exclusive suburbs.
Working for various Real Estate Agencies around Melbourne, in both boutique and franchise environments, I gained sound knowledge of the workings of an office - from Reception to administration, property management,accounts, rental trust reconciliatons and staff management.
I am also at present undertaking Bachelor of Arts - Literature and Composition
