 Book keeping/Cashflow manager/MYOB  Accounts payable,receivable, trial balance,bank statements, data entry etc  $35.00
 Phone answering services phone answered professionally with your company name  $35.00
 Real Estate Virtual Assistant  See your range of services that are on offer for Real Estate Professionals $35.00
 Mail outs - including christmas cards obtain listings of potiental clients, envelope stuffing $35.00

Term and Conditions:

A signed contract outlining the project will be required for all levels of service. A copy will be emailed to you and once signed, faxed back to Blue ribbon VA prior to commencing work. If work is forwarded, then it will be assumed that the Agreement is binding.

Talk to us about our monthly retainer rates, we have 8, 20 and 40 hours retainer packages to choose from.

Please note that any unused hours will be forteited and not carried over to the following month.

Disbursements are additional and will be itemised on the final invoice. These additional expenses could include postage STD/Mobile calls, international fasimiles, photocopying etc.

  • Work that needs to be done on weekends or public holidays may incur a surcharge of 25% applies to the total invoice.
  • Urgent projects that need 24 Hour turnaround a surcharge of 20% applies to total invoice.
  • All above rates are quoted in Australian Dollars
  • Onsite travel charge of .44c per Km to/from site
  • I am not registered for GST - so therefore I do not charge GST.
  • BRVA has the right to increase fees without notice.

Please note that overdue accounts may be subject to a late fee of $35.00

Method of Payment:

  1. Cash
  2. Money order or Bank cheque
  3. Bank transfer ( preferred payment)

While final proofreading is the responsibility of the client. Blue Ribbon VA will endeavour to provide an error- free product, however Blue Ribbon VA will not be responsible for any oversight of the client*
